Who gets help from The Great Naples Duck Race?
The NCH Safe and Healthy Children’s Coalition will get all of the money made from The Great Naples Duck Race.
How does it work?
Everyone who adopts a duck, whether online, by mail, at a Duck Race booth, or in a sponsoring business, is added to E-Quack, a database that stores all of the information. On E-Quack, the number of ducks you have taken in is shown next to your name. The range of tags is put into E-Quack, and then all the numbers are mixed up. Then, E-Quack puts the number of ducks you’ve taken in by itself next to Tag Numbers. So, if you took care of five ducks, your name would be next to five different Tag Numbers.
